I’ve been struggling with what to post on here. The last 6 months or so this page has been a bit neglected. We haven’t eaten out as much, tried new recipes or even new GF products.

I’m not turning this page into a baby account by any means but thought it might be fun to show what we’ve been feeding our little guy the last couple of months. I have before and afters in my story highlights.

We don’t make separate meals and he usually eats a deconstructed version of what we are eating for dinner. When we go out to eat, we pack him his own food typically and he eats this while we order and wait for our food (gotta keep him distracted and happy) and then he eats again from our plates 🤪

Always looking for new ideas, so comment below what you’re feeding your toddlers! 👇

Yay! We love Buttermilk Ranch!

Coming up later tonight on WSMV 4, Nashville, I tell the story of Chef Alyssa Gangeri of Buttermilk Ranch. She is one of the best pastry chefs around. If you have tasted any of her creations, you've done something she cannot do because Chef Alyssa has Celiac Disease. You must hear her incredible story and how she is taking the stigma out of gluten-free dining.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted to the feed 😬 and I apologize for that! Things have been so busy as a first time Mom!

We took one of our first trips as a family of 3 (4 if you count our dog, because we brought her of course!) to Knoxville and had the best time.

Check out some of our eats!
•Fin-Two Japanese Ale House was absolutely incredible and I had my first ever ramen! We enjoyed sharing the shish*to peppers and yakitori. 10/10
•Sevier Ave Burger Company was a spot we randomly stumbled upon and I’m so glad we did! Our server was absolutely lovely and even recommended Fin Two for us! The fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer and the burger bun did not fall apart. What more could you want? 🍔
•Disco Chicken and Donuts did not disappoint. The smoked Gouda Mac n cheese was actually my favorite over the fried chicken! The donut was delicious and I can’t wait to try more flavors next time.
•Irvey's Ice Cream had gluten free cones which was a nice surprise! I could probably count on one hand how many times I’ve been able to eat ice cream in a cone so I really enjoyed this! 🍦

Where should we go during our next visit to Knoxville? Drop em in the comments! 👇

Smile! I can confirm that gluten-free Goldfish are coming. Expect them to be on US store shelves in January.

BIG NEWS: U.S. Food and Drug Administration is taking action on food labeling that seeks to improve transparency in disclosures of ingredients that impact certain health conditions, such as gluten for those with celiac disease, and other established food allergens.
