Would you try STEAKHOUSE ONION CHEDDAR sourdough?! 🧀🍞

Yesterday I found this delicious New York cheddar at Publix and immediately wondered what it would taste like baked into my sourdough.

Well, I tried it. Fresh out of the oven this morning, and OH MY GOODNESS. It’s GOOD!! 😍

I only have 3 half loaves available today!

BETTER THAN CINNABON?! 😳❤️

Well, that’s one way to make my morning! 😂

I woke up to a message from a sweet customer who bought two of my sourdough cinnamon rolls and two s’mores cookies. She shared with a friend, who said my cinnamon rolls were BETTER than Cinnabon!

I’m not sure I’m ready to take on Cinnabon just yet, but I’ll happily take that compliment! 😂❤️

Those 4 AM baking mornings are worth it when I hear things like this!

And speaking of cinnamon rolls…

It’s a gorgeous, chilly October morning in Tennessee, and honestly, this is my FAVORITE time of year!

Because nothing beats a big bowl of homemade soup with a thick slice of fresh sourdough bread slathered in butter. 🤤

And would you LOOK at that bread?! 😍 That’s the inside of one of my homemade sourdough loaves. Soft, beautiful, and just begging to be toasted!

I was up at 4 AM baking a special order of 16 sourdough scones, half lemon blueberry and half cranberry orange!

CLARKSVILLE, YOU SOLD ME OUT YESTERDAY!! 🥹❤️

I’m still smiling about it! Yesterday, when I realized everything had sold, I just stood there staring for a second. 😂 I can’t tell you how much it means to have my little sourdough bakery supported by this community. Seriously, THANK YOU!!

🍎 And today, I have a little something for my fall-loving Clarksville friends!

APPLE C***R DONUT SOURDOUGH SCONES! 🍁☕️

Yesterday, I spent time reducing apple c***r into a rich concentrate because I wanted that apple c***r flavor in every bite!

These are soft, buttery bakery-style scones made with real apple c***r, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chunks of fresh apple, then drizzled with an apple c***r glaze.

Oh my goodness. SO GOOD with a hot cup of coffee! Or dessert. Or both. I’m not judging. 😂

I only made a SMALL BATCH today!
