Dry canned some seasoned potatoes yesterday. Had one not seal so we had them for supper tonight. They turned out really good. Just threw them in the air fryer and they were yummy. Needed just a tad more salt.

It's that time of year. Cutting and hanging fresh herbs. Basil,Oregano and sage hanging to dry for future use. I still had some basil, parsley and rosemary hanging from last year i ground up and put in my jars for use now.
