Welcome to the party with Dawn Shamblin and Leah Cottrell! We’re just two bubbly women that love to make sure your event, parade trailers or home space is something you can enjoy without the hassle of doing it! We decorate, and do some light catering to limit your worries for a time that you can actually sit back and enjoy.
