We’ve been asked many times about our bavette steaks, so we grilled one up tonight to show you what the buzz is all about! A bavette is also known as a bottom sirloin flap or flap steak. It’s prized for its deep, beefy flavor and loose, open grain. A cut with versatile uses; such as fajitas, tacos, or high-end stir-fry. Delicious!

Don't forget to stop by the 4-H Kids Zone/Booth in the Old Town Sportsman's Pavilion July 18–25 from 2:00–6:00 PM. Youth under 18 can take part in the Clearfield 4-H Clover Quest—visit the booth to pick up a quest card, complete the challenge, and earn a prize!
