- Breakfast: Sous vide omelets w/ bacon, onions, & cheese. Served with avocado toast.
- Dinner: Scallop Carbonara
Monday 1/19
- Dinner: Homemade turkey tacos with fresh guacamole.
Tuesday 1/20
- Dinner: Creamy tortellini soup
Wednesday 1/21
- Dinner: Chicken feta burgers made with fresh ground chicken. Served with a homemade tzatziki sauce
Thursday 1/22
- Dinner: Broccoli cheese soup
Friday 1/23
- No plans yet. Probably a break for the chef for a night.

Something else I did was use peeled tomatoes! #DidYouKnow you can make peeling them SUPER easy! Cut an X in the top, and then simmer in a pot of hot water for 15 to 30 seconds. Cool down and the skin will fall right off. I use a ice bath for it, and it makes it go by SO fast.

Also, did you know? To avoid teary eyes when cutting onions, cut them under cold running water, or briefly place them in the freezer before cutting.

Yeah that’s what I do, it’s the only thing that makes me able to chop onions at all.

I simply cannot state how much I LOVE #vanilla - it works in both #dinners and #deserts.

How can you use vanilla in #savory meals? Vanilla augments cream so well, and there are so many cream recipes. I made a vanilla based #alfredo once and it clings onto the #cheese and did so many great things for it.

Another upside is that it tones down any added #spice - sometimes subtle, it effects it SO well.
