Started with a clearanced brisket point , kept it simple with Adkins Seasoning, Inc. salt, pepper & garlic, then let the smoker do the work.
Low and slow until it came out with a deep bark, beautiful smoke ring, and juicy slices.
Simple seasoning. Real smoke. Good food....
