🐔🎉 THH’S BANTAM-ONLY SWAP IS GOING OUT WITH A BAWK! 🎉🐔

That’s right!! For our FINAL Flock Swap of the 2026 season, we’re switching things up…

📣 LARGE FOWL ARE JOINING THE BANTAMS!

Here’s the catch: THH is still keeping its Bantam roots! Every vendor must have Bantams available, BUT if you’re one of our Bantam breeders who also raises Large Fowl, you’re welcome to bring those birds along too! 🐓🐥

We’ve spent this season celebrating the little birds we love so much, and for our finale, we’re letting their bigger flockmates come along for one BIG BAWK BASH!

📅 Saturday, September 19th
⏰ 9AM–1PM
📍 Mount Shepard Retreat Center
1045 Mt. Shepard Rd Ext
Asheboro, NC 27205

We want to pack the place with incredible breeders, beautiful birds, familiar faces, new friends, and one heck of a way to close out an amazing 2026 season. 🖤🐔💛

📣 VENDORS: Want to join us for the final swap? Contact The Happy Homestead for vendor information and registration!

One last swap. One BIG flock. Let’s go out with a BAWK! 🐓🎉

Can you spot the chick? 🐥

Celia hatched her first baby and is being such a good momma that I decided to give her the other few chicks had, to raise. I just love watching her motherly instincts kick in. 💕

Due to a recent interaction I felt the need to put some policies in place for our homestead. Please read before contacting us about available birds or bunnies. I am always here to help and pass on my knowledge and if it’s something I don’t know I will figure it out! Please know when taking home a new animal that stress affects each one in different ways and once they leave, I can’t control their new environment or their care. Rudeness will not be tolerated.
