We wrap up this season on Wednesday before Thanksgiving at

October is here and the Lab is moving a little differently this month. Fewer public pop-ups, more private parties. If you don’t see us out and about, it just means someone booked us first and we’re busy keeping their guests fed.

We still have a couple of public dates on the calendar, and a few new things rolling out of the oven that we’re pretty excited about.
