I don't get many 12 inch chef's knives in at all so this was a nice find. A vintage, late-20th century (lol) 62 Sabatier. It's not as slim and sexy as it's carbon steel predecessors; in fact it's quite a beefcake. Might be most useful on display in your kitchen just to look cool.
