I’m still wrapping my mind around it.
I had to rush out after the awards announcements to catch my flight home Thursday evening, and today I’m headed to , still taking it all in!
Something I spoke about repeatedly at our booth this past week was the importance of meeting consumers where they are, offering upgrades to foods already part of their routines and family tables.
No extensive education necessary. No sticker shock. Just affordable, accessible, healthier swaps people can feel good about bringing home to their families and children. What I enjoy with my own children.
And I truly believe our pita chips fit right in.

Every flavor is a nod to my Lebanese heritage and the ingredients and traditions I grew up with. Dates, za’atar, olive oil (our za’atar spreads are👌🏼) sumac, sesame, these are foods that have been part of Levantine and Middle Eastern kitchens for centuries.
Equally important to me was the opportunity to advocate for . The Nourishing Change Conference brings together leaders across the industry around consumer wellness, prevention, and chronic illness, something personal to me.
