Youth Workforce Development Program
We’re excited to launch Year 3 of our Youth Workforce Development Program, offering paid summer employment for youth ages 14–19 right here in our community.
This program is about more than a paycheck. It’s about keeping our youth engaged, building real skills, strengthening our neighborhoods, and reducing summer violence through structure, supervision, and purpose.
💼 Five Workforce Programs Available
1️⃣ Clerical Support Program – office and administrative skills
2️⃣ Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Program – building care and operations
3️⃣ Neighborhood Painting & Community Clean-Up Program – beautification and pride
4️⃣ Community Shredding & Data Safety Program – public service and responsibility
5️⃣ Food Bank Support & Friday Movie Nights Program – food security and safe spaces
💰 Pay & Schedule
✔️ $13.50 per hour
✔️ Up to 25 hours per week
✅ Who Can Apply
• Youth ages 14–19
• U.S. citizens with a valid work permit
• Willing to work scheduled hours and maintain a positive attitude
Preference given to:
📍 CMSD & Breakthrough Schools students
📍 Youth living in 44104, 44105, 44120, and 44128 (Cleveland)
