Are you looking for a good sauce for wings Super Bowl Sunday?
Carolina hot citrus! Sweet and tangy with chili, lime, and a little jalapeño. Enough molasses so it mops on but enough vinegar to give it a little tang.
If you want something a little more spicy check out the scorpion hot citrus. Similar flavor combo but with a little sting from scorpion peppers.
If you’re in Cleveland check out The Heaven and Earth Collective but if you’re near Sweetwater swing by Sweet Fannie Maes. Both have great vendors and are full of a variety of gifts for Valentine’s Day too.
