Sunday prep.
Usually it starts with some baking—keto bread, blood-glucose-friendly muffins, almond milk, and sometimes homemade nut butter or soaked and dried nuts.

This week: toasted pumpkin seeds with salt, pepper, cayenne, and olive oil—perfect for amping up salads and soups. A reminder that every bowl needs a little crunch.

Then it’s organizing all the supplements for the three of us and the multiple meds that help manage Paul’s immunosuppression post-transplant.

There’s simply no way this would happen during the week, which is why these Sunday habits are a must.

Like a Reese’s cup… but actually good for you. 🍫🥜💪
Only 3 ingredients: dark chocolate, peanut butter, protein powder.

How to:
✨ Melt dark chocolate (add a little coconut oil or ghee to thin it — I used 1 bar + ½T ghee)
✨ Spoon into molds (about ¼ full) → chill 25 min
✨ Mix peanut butter + vanilla protein powder until smooth (½c PB + 2 scoops)
✨ Fill molds → freeze for a few hours

Slam dunk over here. This is batch #3. 🙌
High protein. No crash. Pure satisfaction.
