How it was born, you ask? Alex Andria made these deliciously fluffy and savory herb and parmesan rolls which she sliced and toasted under thick slices of fresh cheese. Next it was topped with angel sweet tomatoes and fresh basil before being seasoned with flaky sea salt, cracked pepper, and red pepper flakes. The finishing touch was a sweet balsamic glaze drizzle.
