Our very own homegrown Lily won her restricted leg at the CDA Fuzzies Goat Show under judge Jennifer Funk. I never expect to take home ribbons so when we do it feels that much more exciting!

Liten Vän QH Convallaria can add “Grand Champion” to her resume ☺️

Although no stars were earned for our ladies, it was still fun to participate! What an experience!! A large-scale supervised test is not an easy feat. Ashlee was amazing to work with all weekend! Much appreciation for those that run the test and the show!

Preliminary results from our ODMC held last Friday at the Puyallup Spring Fair. Thank you to our participating exhibitors; EVIE'S, Queen-B, ITREK ACRES, LITEN VAN & OLENTANGY and especially to our tester, Ashlee Tarbox for organizing the paperwork & providing a copy to everyone before our release on Sunday night.

14 of the 32 does earned their ST *M award. Washington DHI will forward the lab results to ADGA & we look forward to ADGA data entering those results within the next two weeks so that any offspring registered from these award-winning does will have the award printed on new certificates.

The Washington State Fair will host a ODMC this fall on September 4th where exhibitors can use that test as your Verification Test or September test if enrolled in DHIR. We remain hopeful that the ODMC will be premium earning in 2026 as well.

Update: He’s found a wonderful place where he will get the best care! ❤️❤️

Any one looking for a super friendly alpine wether pet?
This poor little buddy was taken to the vet to see how bad his fracture was and if we can cast it since he was holding up his rear right leg. X-rays revealed it’s not a break… he has a kink in his spine. So the problem is that compression on his spinal cord likely makes it so he doesn’t have a lot of sensation in that leg. 😕
He gets around well and has proven he can hop up on 6-8” ledges but we haven’t tried higher. He eats well and has the best temperament! We called the horse bodywork lady and she did some red light therapy and tape to help stablize him. He just needs somewhere to be a goat and be loved on.

Update 3/11: Joker has a home! Would anyone like to meet Joelle?

Im going to share this post to some groups. Please PM if youd like details about these 2!

ADGA American alpine doeling and buckling born 2/10/26
Boy has horns intact, girl was disbudded at 2 weeks old.

Bred with both dairy and pack in mind. The little guy is long and powerful and his sister is a mini-tank. Their dam milked 9lbs per day as a 2yo first freshener.

I’ve been calling him Joker and her Joelle - they come from a long line of Jo- names. So when he poked his feet out first as if to say “look, I’m a chamoise-colored kid” and then…. Just kidding! I’m black and tan…. Well, Joker just seemed to fit. And Joelle i thought was cute.

Negative herd biosecurity screening results from Oct2025 available upon request.

Pictures are hard holding a botte in one hand and the phone in the other 🤣

Congrats, Momma Ivy!!
Why hasn’t your udder been filling in like it did before? Oh… because it’s just a single Doeling on board.

V7: 3/3, 11lbs 10oz, black and tan

We’ve got a 2 week break in the action before more announcements will be made. For now, we’ll focus on filling bellies and watching all the littles so far grow!

Had to get some help today. Harmony Veterinary Services, LLC was able to break away and meet me at the clinic. Mindi finally showed us enough signs that it was time but it still didn’t feel right.
…and always go with your gut.

By getting early help, we had the ✨ BEST ✨ outcome with 2 healthy babies and healthy momma. She will be sore for a couple of days, but that’s still good news to us considering some of the the alternatives.

Meet our newest doelings!
V5 was born 11lbs 3oz
V6 was born 10lbs
😳 that’s a LOT of baby.

HUGE appreciation for dropping everything for a super nervous-nelly (me) and helping a doe that has outdone herself and earned a well-deserved retirement.

…and now, back to your regularly scheduled program

My first ever AI babies!!!

Born extra late 2/23
V3: 9lbs 14oz buckling, 2-tone chamoise
V4: 7lb 10oz doeling, broken sundgau

Good job, Momma Claire.
I had made up my mind I was keeping a Doeling out of the pairing, so of course she arrived as a sundgau 😵‍💫 because I need more black and white goats 🤣

Make me an offer on this buckling before he’s a keeper!
