Most people train for how they want to look next month.

Very few people train for how they want to feel 20 or 30 years from now.

Strength is not just about workouts or muscle.

It is being able to carry groceries without thinking about it, keep up with your kids or grandkids, get off the floor easily, travel freely, and maintain your independence.

You are going to age either way.

The goal is to age with energy, capability, and strength.
