BLACK OAK IS BACK.
We took a couple weeks off.
One week for our son’s graduation.
One week for the Ramazzotti dinner.
But this Friday, we’re rolling smoke again.

Sweet blue co**ha bread from Bakery El Palomo here in Cloverdale, piled high with smoked pulled pork, pickled onions, house slaw, and our house barbecue sauce.
We were planning on doing minis only this week.
The usual buns weren’t available.
Bakery El Palomo, one of our awesome local mom and pop shops, had these beautiful blue co**has.
I called an audible.
There are only 24.
When they’re gone, they’re gone.
