We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily retail and cafe operations. The ideal candidate will champion our mission of delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining spotless facilities, and leading a professional, well-trained team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day market and cafe operations to ensure a welcoming environment and exceptional shopping experience.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule staff while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Oversee product quality, merchandising, and presentation across our fresh-cut meat, deli, and grocery departments.
