So many details still working on to open up the Turkey Oak Bakes 🥰 here is a few bagels that will be added to the menu soon. Plain, minced onion, & everything bagel or everything bagel, jalapeño flavor.

Tried something new Saturday night to go with Brad’s “Poorman Brisket,” so I whipped up a batch of Fresh‑Milled Sourdough Ciabatta Bread. And of course, Brad made the homemade coleslaw — everything from our garden except the pickles and the mayo (which I also make from scratch… another thing we don’t buy from the store anymore).

If you’d like to see Ciabatta added to the menu, let me know in the comments.

While we’re finishing up a few last details before launching the bakery items, I thought I’d share something I don’t buy from the grocery store anymore — salad dressing. I’ve been making my own, and this summer I’m trying a new favorite: Easy Homemade Strawberry Salad Dressing.

I used fresh strawberries from Greene Acres Farm, and it turned out so good… even Makayla likes it. lol
