The Rattl'r is a pork sausage with fresh jalapeno, cheddar cheese, hickory smoke, and red pepper flakes - little heat packed with tons of flavor - and as always, we have the Benny Brats ready for any occasion that calls for sausage!

Today's Meats! Had to bring back The Mojo as it sold out right away last time and we want to keep sharing it with you all. We are at the shop today, but running limited hours the rest of the week as we are going to enjoy some time with family. We will have 6 packs of all the fresh and frozen options (12 packs of breakfast links) available at the Crown and Thistle starting tomorrow.

Today's Meats! The menu is a bit smaller this week, but the flavors are HUGE! Sugar Daddy is back bringing you the taste of brown sugar bourbon and garlic loaded with sharp cheddar. The Francesca is fresh and we have links, coils, and 2 lb. packs of loose meat. All so good!
