🌞Good Morning🌞
It is summer, I cannot stress enough that your cake will melt in the heat. It is buttercream.
You cannot make any stops after picking it up even if you think it will be fine for 5 min. in the car.
Air conditioning is not cold enough to prevent it from melting. It needs to go into a refrigerator until right before serving. It cannot sit out on display for hours.
If I am delivering you need a plan for when I arrive with it. If you will not be present you need to ensure your venue knows the cake must be refrigerated & have space available when I arrive.
If your venue is not staffed you will need a designated individual to meet me there at your requested time.
If your party is in a park with no refrigeration please plan for storage somewhere until close to serving time.
If you have to travel a distance with smaller orders like cheesecakes or small cakes bring a cooler or freezer bag. I have ice packs available upon request.
**Lastly I cannot control the heat, how long you leave your order out or how long I have to wait at a venue. Therefore I am not responsible for melted cakes. There will be no refund or discount given once an order leaves my building**
