Have you joined us on one of the Panhandle Farm Corridor Farm Tours yet?! 🌿🚌✨

It’s truly like no other experience.

You hop on a comfy coach bus with fellow local food lovers, spend the day exploring beautiful North Idaho farms, get behind-the-scenes access you normally wouldn’t see, enjoy an incredible farm-to-table lunch made with 100% Idaho-grown ingredients, and even go home with gifts from the farms along the way. 💛

It’s part learning, part adventure, part connecting with the amazing people growing food and flowers in our community.

Here’s what one guest shared after last year’s tour:

“We had the best day today, and I know it will be a beautiful memory we talk about for years to come. Thank you for organizing such a wonderful day! We will be on the lookout for future events. ❤️” – Maggie

🐄 First Farm Tour Stop: Hymas Family Farm!

We’re starting the tour with a deep dive into regenerative farming. The Hymas family focuses on restoring the soil to produce nutrient-dense, 'beyond organic' food—including grass-fed raw dairy, pastured pork, poultry, and lamb.

Join us to see how they honor the land and the animals to bring healing food to our community. 🌾

The fairgrounds have forever been one of my favorite places to be. Whether it be during the North Idaho State Fair cheering on our girls in 4H or Farm To Table, the vibrancy, activity, the familiar sounds of distant voices humming about getting important tasks done…it’s all just a bunch of do-gooders and there’s no where else I’d rather be. Day 2 of Farm to Table, in honor of my sweet friend and founder Linda Rider❤️🍎🍏 it’s going to be a great day of teaching and persuading 5th graders to grow apple orchards here in North Idaho ❤️

I’m doing things differently this year! Well each of the 22 years of pumpkin patch I’ve adjusted, experimented or put in place something I’ve learned in the winter! Pumpkin/ winter squash DO NOT like their roots disturbed. So as they sprout in the green house I willsimultaneously harden them off so they can get in the ground before their roots get to big and break out of their little peet pots! They were started in the greenhouse later than usual this year for that same reason!
