Our Journey

The Fajita Hut began in 2020 as a small, family run operation built with one goal in mind - creating a legacy for my two girls. Along the way it became more than just a business. It became part of our story, even leading me to my soon to be wife. After stepping away for a bit, we're bringing the Fajita Hut to College Station with a renewed focus on what matters most - family. Today we serve premium fajita packs, made fresh and designed to bring people together at home - because for us, it's always been more than just food. It's about family, legacy, and gathering around the table.
