Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We wanted to make an announcement that we will not be accepting anymore deer until further notice. We hit our capacity and want to make sure that everyone that brought us deer gets the great quality service that they deserve! As a small family business, we focus on quality, not quantity and we hope you understand! Thank you!
GOOOOOOD MORNING HUNTERS! Today's the day!! We will start accepting deer today at 2PM. When you come to drop your harvest off, our drop off will not be up by the house this year. It will be by our semi trailer in front! Don't worry, you don't have to drive in the field to get to the trailer! We will get your info, put a tag on your harvest with your name, and put it in our ranger to be placed in our trailer to minimize anyone getting stuck in the field. If you have any questions just call, text, or message us on Facebook and we will help as best as we can! Thank you and we wish you the best of luck, stay safe and keep warm!!
There was a mix up in the Dates on our last post. We will be open Saturday November 19th.
**ATTENTION HUNTERS**
We are planning to shut shop down for a couple days on November 16th, 17th, and 18th to get ready for the Big Gun Hunt! We will not be accepting deer on these days. It's been absolutely crazy this bow season and we decided to take a couple days to get shop ready for the Gun season! Last year we had a lot of questions about being able to pay with cards! Well, this year we are able to make things a little easier! We are now accepting cards for payment!

20 days until bow season! We are so excited to have another year with you amazing hunters and exciting stories! Just wanted to give everyone a heads up, this year due to inflation with material and shipping costs, prices for our services will increase slightly! We will continue our drive to provide you with the best friendly service and cleanest meat cuts possible! Unfortunately, one of our most involved team members here at CHOP SHOP was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last month and is fighting to beat it! Anyone in the area with no power Goldsmiths Chop Shop has a coolers and freezers with some room available also we have a generator that’s available

Well, we’re closing shop until next season! A huge shout out to those who helped make this happen!! We don’t know what we would’ve done without ya! Our first year was more than what we had expected! We have such amazing friends, family, and community! It was such a blast to talk and do business with all of our customers! We love hearing all the hunting stories! We will see you next year!

Whew! What a gun season!! But it’s not over yet! There is more hunts to come! We will be open for all seasons that are coming all the way to the end of bow season! It’s been a pleasure doing business and helping everyone with making their hunting experience a little bit better! And a huge thanks for everyone that helped this go smoothly! Can’t wait to see more hunters and hear more of their hunting experience!

As a small business, we want to be able to give back to the community that helps us grow! Anyone that brings 3 deer to be processed will get a $10 gift card to a few of our personal local favorite places to get food. The 3 deer that is brought in has to be registered to one person in order to apply! So after a long day of hunting and you’ve built up quite an appetite, the Goldsmiths Chop Shop has you covered! We are all seeing the change! The necks are starting to swell, stinking like the rut, noses to the ground looking for a doe! Tis the season!
We pray our sights be straight and our aim be true. We pray for no pain to the game we pursue. We thank god for the land, we thank him for the sights in our stands, we pray for safety for one and all, we pray we may return next fall!

It’s a beautiful fall weekend here in Wisconsin! Finally feeling like hunting seasons are upon us! Good luck to all the bow hunters this weekend be safe shoot straight and call the chop shop for your processing needs!
For all the hunters out there that process their own but don’t have a grinder or good way to package…. No worries we will grind and package your straight venison for you .75 cents /lb can get it in 1lb or 2lb tube packages .50 cents /lb just grind no package( must come deboned ready to grind)
