Things are coming together little by little, and we’re so excited to see our Dose of Jade trailer finally taking shape!

✅ Health Department mobile application officially submitted for licensing
✅ Trailer registered & ready for the road
✅ Freezer on board for our empanadas & lumpia
✅ Drink station ready to go
✅ DIY serving window is DONE
🚚 Commercial refrigerator arrives tomorrow
🚚 Waiting on 2 more prep tables to complete the setup

Every delivery, every little DIY project, and every box checked is getting us one step closer to opening these windows and serving you all! 🤍

🌾🇺🇸 Celebrate Colorado Day at the Pueblo Farmers Market! 🇺🇸🌻

This August, we're proud to join communities across Colorado in celebrating 250 years of American independence and 150 years of Colorado statehood by honoring the farms, food, and traditions that continue to shape our state.

Our celebration begins this Saturday, August 1, with the Pueblo Farmers Market Arts & Agriculture Festival, as we welcome talented local artists & craftspeople from the Beulah Valley Arts & Crafts Festival to our regular farmers market.

Shop the season's best local fruits and vegetables, meats, baked goods, artisan foods, handcrafted artwork, and more while celebrating the rich agricultural heritage that makes Pueblo County so special! 💚

We're also excited to share that beginning August 15, the Pueblo Farmers Market will become an official stop on the Colorado 150 Western Heritage Digital Passport, giving visitors another reason to experience one of Pueblo's favorite Saturday morning traditions.
