Hop into spring with this Easter Bunny Cupcake Decorating Class — a sweet, hands-on experience perfect anyone who loves a little holiday magic! Class is $50 per person, class size is limited to 6 people, age 14 and up (12-13 year olds with paying adult okay)

Yesterday's Cinnamon Roll Class was great! The only pictures I have are of the set up, and one that I received from a student, captioned :Husband approved!" I didn't get any in progress pictures because my students were so engaging, and asking great questions. Everyone had a fun afternoon and went home with two pans of Cinnamon Rolls, recipes, tips and tricks, and hopefully the knowledge to make them on their own.

♥ New Class Announcement! ♥

Just in time for the holidays! Learn to make the most delicious Cinnamon Rolls from scratch in your own kitchen! We'll make both traditional and Caramel Apple rolls. You'll learn how to proof active dry yeast, how to mix the dough, what the texture should be, how it should rise, how to roll and cut your rolls. Everyone will go home with recipes, a couple of my secrets 😉, and at least one take and bake pan that can be baked within 24 hours or frozen for up to a couple of weeks.

If you don’t already know me, I’m Linda, the head designer, baker, decorator, dishwasher, delivery person, marketing director, accountant, and administrative assistant over at Iced and Dazzle. Iced and Dazzle is an award-winning custom cake boutique located here in Colorado Springs. I’ve wanted to share my love of baking beyond doing cakes, so…welcome to my new venture, Sky High Sweets: Lessons in High Altitude Baking and More!
