There is something so sweet and innocent watching a new momma with their new baby. 💕 I’ve been telling Xena the whole time that I needed a little heifer calf from her and man did she deliver. This little girl will be AHCA registered and may be available at weaning. (If I can’t talk the husband into letting me keep her 🤷‍♀️) She needs the perfect name- it is a S year, but with her I just want the name to be perfect so any ideas are welcomed.

Yesterday Rex and I visited webbcattlecohighlands to pick up a couple recip cows we purchased from them and got to check out their new venture (Huus Vom Valais) and immediately fell in love! 100% pure Valais Blacknose sheep imported as embryos from New Zealand. We decided we NEEDED these two! Still working on names that start with an N for these 2 twins. ( an ewe and a wether). Any name suggestions are welcome! We could snuggle these babies all day!

Ok so I’m a little behind on posting calves, but… while brushing my yearlings out today… surprise! Fancy had her baby! I didn’t think she was due for a few more weeks. This little man is super special… his momma lost her baby last year at birth so I was worried about her calving this year and was planning on watching her closely. Well she had to show me that she could do it all by herself. What a beautiful afternoon for a new baby. This little AHCA Bull will be available upon weaning.

We have a winner!!🏆 After watching all 3 mommas constantly for days, I left go 2 hours and came home to this Beautiful Silver Bull calf. His momma is AHCA registered WCC Norma Jean and his daddy is AHCA registered CAM Ice! (Our herd sire’s first calf!!) 🥰 Baby will be registered and available at weaning. He does need a name that starts with an “S”. Leave your suggestions in the comments ⬇️.
