Who wants some delicious beef from a local farm? Going to the butcher tomorrow to pick up our Scottish Highland beef! This was slow-growth, farm-raised in a pasture — no feed lot! The beef was aged for two weeks before being cut! Scottish Highland beef definitely gets a premium (see below for reasons) but we are selling ours for grocery store prices! Hurry and message me before we run out!
