Fresh Organic Broccoli Microgreens broccoli 🥦 drop at Roxanne’s Market Irmo!

These little greens pack a serious nutritional punch! Broccoli microgreens are rich in vitamins A, C & K, folate, antioxidants, and sulforaphane, a powerful naturally occurring plant compound found in broccoli.

They literally go with anything, so it’s very easy to add a LOT of nutrition to any meal or snack. We like them on sandwiches, in our soup, on top of eggs, and even straight from the container as a snack (although a little ranch dressing never hurts 😉)!

Okay y’all, we need your input on something! 🍞

As most of you know, we’re still waiting on our new oven to arrive, so unfortunately our artisan sourdough is on pause for just a little while longer.

BUT… that doesn’t mean we can’t make bread. 😏

We’ve been tossing around the idea of offering some good old-fashioned, homemade yeast breads in the meantime, and we wanted to see if there would actually be some interest before we go bread crazy over here.

We can make:

🍞 Classic White Sandwich Bread
🌾 Whole Wheat Bread
🍯 Honey Wheat Bread
🥛 Japanese Milk Bread
🥛 Japanese Milk Buns
🌭 Hot Dog Buns
🍔 Hamburger Buns

Nothing hiding in the ingredient list. No paragraph of ingredients you need a chemistry degree to understand. Just a handful of simple, organic ingredients and bread made the way bread is supposed to be made.

We know grabbing a loaf or a pack of buns at the grocery store is easy. But if you had the option to grab fresh, locally made bread with simple organic ingredients instead, WOULD YOU?

And more importantly, what would you actually buy?

White sandwich bread? Honey wheat? Milk bread? Hamburger buns? Hot dog buns?

There's been a rumor going around that I'm only with Abbi because of her buns.

Well, I'm here to set the record straight...

Y'all couldn't be closer to the truth. 😂

Since we're STILL awaiting our wonderful new oven for our artisan sourdough, we've started testing out a few other things in the meantime.

And LOOK AT WHAT MY GIRL DONE DID.

And let me tell y'all, these things are some of the freshest, softest, most flavorful buns around.

Just restocked our organically grown MICROGREENS and homemade WūSā Bars today at Roxanne’s Market Irmo 🌱

We brought back BROCCOLI again because, well... everybody loves it AND it can literally go with just about anything.

Sandwiches, salads, wraps, smoothies, protein shakes, you name it! They have the perfect crunch and a mild, fresh flavor that complements a huge variety of foods and drinks.

🌱 SWEET n’ SPICY SALAD MIX 🌱

A little sumthin’ Abbi came up with today, and we think she might be onto something.
