All orders must be placed through:

💰 Deposits
* A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure all orders
* No order is confirmed without a deposit
* Remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery

⏳ Order Notice
* Custom cakes & large orders: 3–7 days notice required
* Cookies, pretzels, and small treats: 2–3 days notice required
* Last-minute orders are accepted only if availability allows

🎂 Custom Orders
* All custom designs must be discussed before confirmation
* Prices vary based on size, design, and complexity
* Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas are not guaranteed

🚗 Pickup & Delivery
* Pickup location will be provided after order confirmation
* Delivery may be available for an additional fee (based on distance)
* Orders must be picked up on scheduled date/time

❌ Cancellations & Refunds
* Deposits are non-refundable
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable
* If an emergency occurs, rescheduling may be available (based on availability)
