Homemade no stir peanut butter! Ever seen the “no stir” peanut butter and still have to fight with the chunk at the bottom of the jar? Making peanut butter at home is quite fun! We even made some chunky peanut butter too.

Grabbed some red onions from my generous neighbor ☺️. They will be put to good use for sure

Those with tight papery skins are great storage onions, they’ll keep for months. Everything else got sliced or chopped for the freezer.

Just know frozen onions aren’t salsa material or if you’re looking for something crisp in salads but for sautéing or a stew, you’d never know the difference🤗
