We will be open this Friday at Cooper's Landing Riverside Resort & Marina from about 4:30 until sunset or we sell out!!

Saturday we will be open for lunch at Marlene's Ice Cream & Gifts and Crane's Country Store in Williamsburg, MO from 11 until between 2 and 3 (depends on when the line dies down)!!

Then Sunday will be our Logboat Brewing Company day, we will be there all day from about noon until around 7PM!!

Come see us at one of our spots this weekend!! We are busy installing some upgrades for the trailer (lights, cameras, blocking the A/C from dripping over the window, and such) so we won't be open until Friday.

We will be doing our high volume menu Friday and Sunday, our regular menu on Saturday.

This is probably a little thing to most people, but we got our 300th follower today!!

Being open in Columbia is amazing, we love it here so much. The reception that our food truck has gotten is just out of this world. We love being able to set up at our usual haunts like Cooper's Landing Riverside Resort & Marina, Macadoodles Fine Wine, Beer & Spirits, Crane's Country Store in Williamsburg, MO + Marlene's Ice Cream shop, and of course our lunches at the courthouse and late Saturday nights on Locust street for the students at Mizzou.

It means a lot to us that people like our food. We make a lot of it from scratch such as our chili, our chips, the seasoning we use for our burgers and chicken, the molé sauce for our chili, and more. Even being in tech for so long, I always wanted to be a chef, so while I work harder than anything I've ever done before, this is a dream come true for us.

Oh, and I will be posting our website soon. I just got the calendar feed to automatically pull from my Google calendar so you will be able to see our schedule finally!! I just have a couple of little bugs to work out then I'll do my accessibility testing and launch the site hopefully in the next 2 weeks or so!!

We are open today at Macadoodles on Green Meadows and Providence until about 8PM or when we sell out.

I've been playing around a little bit with some new fries. These don't have a name yet, but they are Pulled Pork BBQ fries. Grilled Pulled Pork, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, grilled onions, jalapeno, and pickles, with some nacho cheese to round it out. Should I put bacon bits on it?

Help me come up with a name for these!! The name that gets picked gets a free order!!

Good evening all!!

Normally with tomorrow being Friday I'd be set up at Macadoodles from about 11 until around 8.

Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to do that tomorrow. I pushed pretty hard today and we got pretty exhausted by the heat. We measured the ceiling at one point and it was 118° inside.

I'm gonna install a couple of vents in the ceiling so that it will help a little with the heat, but tomorrow is already set to feel like 106°.

We will be at Crane's Country Store & Marlene's Ice Cream shop Saturday for lunch!!

Thanks for your understanding, and I'm sorry this heat just got to me a little too much today.
