I love when the egg on the grill is so perfect it looks like it was AI generated.

As a side note I have my kids calling eggs "Pre-Chicken" and my ground chicken breast is "Post-Chucken". It is really cute to hear MJ say she wants 3 Pre-Chickens for breakfast!

Tomorrow is in a little flux as to where I'm going to be.

If it isn't raining, I'll be at the Food Truck lot on Business Loop 70 with several other food trucks. If it is raining that event will be cancelled and I will be set up at Macadoodles on Providence @ Green Meadows.

I'll post in the morning as to which location I'll be at tomorrow.

Somewhere we picked up at least 4 metal spikes in our tires so we have to get 2 new tires today. We brought the trailer to Big O Tires on Peachtree, they've always taken great care of us.

Anyway, I had my assistant try to lift the trailer up but she was having some difficulty.

If you're a Troy fan, wear your gear and pay 10% more.

I just messaged my wife about the heat and I told her "It's almost as hot as my wife". I'm a lucky man. My oldest son, who is helping me tonight, used the thermometer and checked the temp inside the dish area. It read 131°.
