Stopped by yesterday and had such a great experience.

From the moment we walked in, Sam immediately welcomed us and even held the door for us, which really set the tone. When we ordered, Jimmy told us about their fresh bagels and pastries in the case, and Willow made me an iced latte that was absolutely delicious while also sharing a little about the bakery and what they offer.

Before we left, Sam came back out and surprised us with complimentary sourdough and their amazing chive cream cheese, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone there was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine.

I brought home their chive and cheddar bagel for breakfast this morning, and it was absolutely delicious. You can really tell how much care goes into everything they make.

Definitely a spot that deserves support, and I’ll absolutely be going back!

Back at Lindo Cafe! I had the red sauce chilaquiles topped with chicken. They were so good and fresh!

I also tried the Gansito latte: a rich mocha topped with strawberry cold foam, chocolate sprinkles, and a Gansito cookie that the latte mimics.

10/10, I’ll be thinking about this combo for a while.
