We owe everyone an apology.
After a great deal of reflection, several difficult conversations, and at least one unnecessarily dramatic meeting, we’ve realized that we haven’t always lived up to the standards we set for ourselves.
We understand that our recent actions may have left some of you confused, disappointed, or even questioning everything you thought you knew about Kip’s Tacos.
We’ve read the comments.
We’ve heard the whispers.
We’ve seen the looks.
And although we can’t undo what has already been done, we can acknowledge it, learn from it, and promise to do better moving forward.
Accountability matters.
Growth matters.
And most importantly, being honest with the people who have supported us from the beginning matters.
So, from the bottom of our hearts, we are deeply sorry…
…that you had to read this entire thing just to find out that we’ll be at Birdfish Brewing tomorrow from 12–9 PM. 🌮🍺
