🐄 1/4 Beef Available - November Processing Date! 🐄
We have one quarter beef available that will be going to the processor in November.
If you'd like to be added to the list, please send us a message!
Our processor, Caven’s Meats Inc, will provide the following cuts for a quarter beef:
🥩 Steaks
T-Bone/Porterhouse (3/4" thick) - 2 per package
Sirloin (3/4" thick) - 1 per package
Ribeye (3/4" thick) - 2 per package
All steaks will be cut and divided as evenly as possible.
🥩 Round
Half cubed steak (4 per package)
Half ground beef
🍖 Roasts
Arm Roast (1.5" thick) - 2 total, one per person
Chuck Roast (2" thick) - 8 total, four per person
Rump Roast - cut in half, each person receives a half roast
🍔 Ground Beef
Remaining beef will be packaged as ground beef in convenient 1 lb packages.
✅ Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days for exceptional flavor and tenderness.
