Long-awaited! Highly Anticipated! Never Underestimated!

Meal-y-onaires!!:

This adventure led me to El Nopal Mexican Cuisine in Columbus, IN.

I will always have a bittersweet feeling when I walk into this building. Those of us who were in Columbus pre-covid, remember Sirloin Stockade. I have so many memories of meeting there with family and friends.

Okay, anyway! Back to the review!

I can't imagine a better crew to come in with a fresh concept, and make this building a place where families can continue to make memories for many years to come.

I have tried many things at this establishment and I have yet to be disappointed. Not everyone agrees with my scores and my opinions but that's what makes this even more interesting.

The United States truly is a melting pot of people, beliefs, and opinions. My belief and opinion on this day was that they hit a homerun with this meal and experience!

Please go see for yourself. Try the Arroz Con Pollo(rice, cheese, chicken) or as my friend's kid would say "Arrows Cone Pull Yo!" 😆 🤣

I give them a strong 8.1 Meal-ys out of 10.0!

I was only able to visit Ethnic Expo to pass out flyers for an event on Saturday, but I got spotted out by a friend from Wanderling Farms that was working at one of the Germany booths. She insisted that I try the curry Wurst and I am glad she insisted. It was a Rollercoaster of flavor and delicious!

I may have to beg her for the recipe.
