Yesterday was my birthday, which means we officially have less than a year until this whiskey is released into the world. This is the only barrel I sat aside for long term aging. BoneShaker mashbill so Barley, Roasted Barley, Chocolate Barley, Rye and Oats. I decided to fill it before my birthday back in 2017 so I could celebrate one of the most important birthdays, 42! This picture is from about 3 years in. I’ll tell you more about it as we get closer but stay tuned for “Life, the Universe…Everything”

Hey everyone! Still working through the transition but things are happening. In unrelated news, my cousin has recently gone through/continues to go through the wringer. Big hearted, hard working man with a lovely family, who has recently lost most of his mobility. I know all he wants is to get back to work and normal life but he was dealt a crap hand. A lot of you have helped out and supported me over the years and so, even though you don’t know him, it would mean a lot to me if you could show him some love.
