Peace Pub Theology

Peace Pub Theology A place for honest, open discussion over a beverage, where questions are encouraged, differences expected yet we all leave friends.

Pub Theology is open to anyone who enjoys gathering with people for fun and friendship while discussing our experience of how God is at work in the world around us. The only requirement is a willingness to listen and be open to other thoughts and ideas while being free to share your own. We meet on the first Tuesday of every month at The Rusty Bucket Gahanna..

Why do we thank God?
If we thank God for our blessings, are we saying God chose not to bless others? If we don't think God works that way, what ARE we doing when we express gratitude to the divine?
Join us for Pub Theology: tough questions, no easy answers, good conversation.
Tuesday, November 4th , The Rusty Bucket in Gahanna – Conversation starts at 7pm. Many arrive earlier to eat and enjoy conversation.

👻🍺 Pub Theology – October 7 at 7pm 🍺👻
(come earlier for dinner, drinks & conversation)

Our next Pub Theology dives into the mysteries of “Ghosts, Afterlife, and The Supernatural.”
Around Halloween, we’ll explore what different traditions say about the afterlife, spirits, and the unknown—and how these beliefs shape the way we live now.

Bring your curiosity, your questions, and maybe even your ghost stories.

No sermons. No judgments. Just honest conversation over good food and drinks.

But should the church's freedom be used that way? What does faithful political engagement look like when the gospel transcends party lines? Pastor’s Tony and Doug have already expressed they are not interested in endorsing candidates. So let’s have a discussion about it.y
