The Story
Hello my name is Greg Dolce’, I have a passion for cooking and I love making food items for people. Friends, family, people in need, I love to bless them with this small talent of mine. Several years ago I thought I would try some pickling and since I am a rather large pepper head, why not use peppers right? I made my first jar and as soon as the lid “ popped” down I was hooked. After much thought, prayer and suggestions from more than one person. I have decided to sell my unique style pickles for everyone to try. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
