quick and tasty!! 😋

Last meal in Salt Lake City before heading home - had to stop for a quick lunch at The Pearl Bar & Kitchen for some Vietnamese food! Loved everything we had!!

- pork belly bahn mi
- fish sauce wings (yummmm)
- grilled shish*tos (with a drinkable aioli on top)

honestly really impressed by all the food and drink we had in SLC! Already making my food itinerary for next time ✍️ 😋

One of the best meals ever!!

Oquirrh Restaurant you are absolutely incredible. Legit had one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The Barbacoa Wagyu beef pasta dish was absolutely elite, I nearly licked the bowl!! 🤤

We also had the:
- milk braised potatoes: with house made ricotta
- squash blossom special
- airline chicken with creamy polenta, blue cheese, and candied walnuts

Everything was so SO SOOOO good I’m ready to go back!

favorite fish n chips on this side of the pond!

Finally got to check out Wolf’s Ridge at Worthington Inn (it was about time cuz I live right up the street) and it was tasty!

We got the fish n chips and the the fish was 💯💯!! So flaky but juicy, the perfect amount of breading, a delightful crunch and some really good sauce to dip it in.

The squash blossoms were SO GOOD. Basically little fried pillows of creamy cheesiness with a crunchy fried flower shell soaking in a pool of sauce 😋

All things considered - I’m pretty chic 💁‍♀️
