Serving both white and flavored milk at school helps kids drink more milk—which offers critical nutrients that growing kids need but often lack. 🥛

All cow’s milk—white, chocolate, strawberry or lactose free—has the same 13 essential nutrients.

The Topp family of Topp-View Farms in Shelby County recently returned from the Ohio State Fair, where they competed in a variety of dairy cattle shows and exhibitions.

What makes their farm unique? They raise all 7 dairy breeds recognized in the U.S.!

"Having all breeds of cows gives us the opportunity to compete in a variety of shows and exhibitions across the country, which we love to do," says 4th generation dairy farmer Eric Topp.

(ad) Let’s get a little nerdy with our baking (or no-baking today)

Comment CHEESECAKE for a list of my favorite No-Bake Cheesecakes.

I went to work recently testing No-Bake Cheesecake recipes to see how the different types of cream cheese varieties changed the results.
• Full-fat cream cheese provides the most stability and structure for no-bake desserts
• Whipped cream cheese is intended to be used in recipes that would be more mousse-like in texture.
For the best results in no-bake desserts, stick with a standard, brick-style, full-fat cream cheese. Created in partnership with the American Diary Association Mideast. American Dairy Association Mideast
