Earlier this year, we shared the bittersweet news that Cooperโ€™s Dish would be closing as we prepare for our next adventure in Nicaragua.

Today, weโ€™re so excited to share that the Cooperโ€™s Dish story isnโ€™t ending after all...

Meet Maria and Brian, loyal weekly meal delivery customers who learned of our closing and couldn't imagine a world without Cooperโ€™s Dish. They reached out to us and we've been talking since.

Weโ€™re thrilled to announce that Maria and Brian, together with their business partner and an Executive Chef who we personally selected and recommended, will be carrying Cooperโ€™s Dish into its next chapter.

We couldnโ€™t be happier knowing that what we built will continue in the hands of people who already love and believe in it.

Sometimes the people who walk through your doors as customers end up being the perfect people to carry the story forward. We're excited to watch them make this place their own.

Our storefront will remain open through Next Friday, August 29.
