Last week Happy’s Sip & Dip had the honor of helping the Bluebonnet Book readers at Callisburg Elementary celebrate this awesome accomplishment!!!
Reading is such an important thing to learn & reaching your goal in reading a certain number of Bluebonnet award winning books is something to celebrate!!!! Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day!!

As I get ready to open Happy's Sip & Dip for my last week at this location, I can’t help but think where we were almost exactly 2 years to the day when we opened.

Now I look back, I’m like what was I thinking? Never having my own business, not knowing anything about ice cream, winter starting 🥶 , & in the middle of a pandemic 😷
But, it happened & with the never ending love & support of this sweet little town, we did it!!! Starting out with only 3 flavors of purchased Ice Cream & no food options. Now, we own 2 Batch freezers, 1 Soft Serve, serve over 25 flavors of our own ice cream & 8 flavors of Italian Ice, 3 flavors of Soft Serve, & a ton of food options. Plus our pints, 1/2 pints, & our Frozen Sips!!
I truly can’t thank you, our customers, enough. I also want to thank my family, the building owner Connie Stovall, her building manager Richard, Darin Allred for including me in this, Julie Parker, all my Happy Girls, & several other wonderful friends who have helped me & given me lots of support…. I wouldn’t be able to do what I’m doing without your help.
Also, Lexi Coker, who I hired as my first manager, again not knowing what I was doing…… Lexi ( the most organized girl in the world), took charge & helped me really get things going!!!
Lastly, there’s not a day I don’t look up in the sky & say Thank You!! 🙏

We’re not going anywhere, just growing & expanding!! We’re leaving 103 S. Commerce & moving out to 3812 Hwy. 82 East.
For the next month or so, we’ll be working out of the Happy Dog Corn Dog trailer ( look for it as your headed east on Hwy. 82)…. Cooking Corndogs, lemonades, & we will have our To Go Freezer inside full of our pints of Homemade Ice Cream, & Frozen Sips, !!! You just pull up & we’ll bring your Ice Cream to you!!!
Come see us this week …. All single dip Ice Cream will be $2.00 a dip, while supplies last!!

We are certainly going to have a busy coming up weekend!!!! It’s going to be a Sip party weekend!!
’s Frozen Sips will be at not just one, but two events this weekend!!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
You can find them Saturday at Gainesville Depot Days & you’ll be able to Frozen Sips Friday-Sunday outside at Germanfest in! Muenster!!!! Come find us …. We’ll be watching for you!! 😊
