South Indian technique and spices whirled around Mediterranean ingredients and Southern (that's here!), hyper-locally sourced vegetables, leaves, fungus + plant based proteins. Homemade tempeh, mustard green saag, muscadine ladoo - many fun, strange, tasty bites await ye!
