Sarah Paino: LicAc,  FDN-P I am committed to helping people achieve optimal health Sarah Paino has been active in the complementary health field for over 35 years. She began as a nutritional consultant and cooking teacher at the Kushi Institute in Boston MA.

In 1989 she graduated from the NewEngland School of Acupuncture with a license in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs. She started Concord Acupuncture where she practiced for many years. Essential oils (EO) for frozen shoulder, aches and pain. Blend 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 3 drops lavender EO, 3 drops Rosemary EO, 3 drops chamomile EO, 3 drops Frankincense EO. Massage into affected area and cover with a warm pack for 15 minutes, 2-3 times a day. Add range of motion/ flexibility exercises for even better results.
