JPh Equestrian is a licensed riding stable in Concord, MA. which offers lessons, a show program, IEA team and boarding and training. JPh Equestrian, LLC (owned by Jennifer Phelan) is a Concord, Massachusetts show stable focused on quality instruction, proper horsemanship, and the highest level of care.
JPh offers full-service board and training, as well as a robust lesson program and show schedule. We train and instruct horses and riders in classic hunt seat equitation and compete on the local and regional hunter-jumper circuits. Horses receive daily turnout, customized nutrition regimens with Purina grain and choice hay, and are worked in a way to increase fitness while preserving minds and bodies.

And our first show back north was a success! Day 3 highlights—
🤗 Maggie debuted on Fairfax Colonel and won every long stirrup equitation class, taking champion!
🍀 Grace debuted her Lucky Luck, who schooled wonderfully and confidently and earned a nice red ribbon in a large hunter pleasure class.
🐰 Emi and Carryo van het Kaizershof Z continued their work toward their fall medal finals points.
☀️ Laila made a quick swap to Fairfax Colonel for the short stirrup eq. after Delia appeared sore this morning, and she proved herself to be flexible and versatile picking up good ribbons. Nice catch riding!
🌸 And, of course, thank you to the parents who came to clean, feed, and support their offspring! 🌸

🚨 NEW HORSE ALERT 🚨 Welcome to the family, One Sweet Whirled! “Elsa” comes to us from Florida, and she will be used in our lesson and showing programs. She is just as sweet and lovely as she looks. It may be a bit chilly up here compared to Ocala, but the cold never bothered her anyway. 😉❄️

And that’s a wrap for IEA Zone 1 Finals! Major congratulations to our individual riders, two of whom are off to Nationals! Olive won her Future Novice over fences, Megan took second in Future Beginner WTC, Adelina snagged fourth in the JV Novice Flat, and Co-Captain Zoe earned eighth in the JV Novice Over Fences. Of course, our Pan and Colonel were perfect angels who clocked around and helped many riders to great ribbons. Thank you to all of our girls for keeping them show ready and comfortable. Next stop: Harrisburg for Olive and Megan!

We are lucky to have a barn with so many strong, accomplished women of all ages, from different backgrounds, and with many skills who all love our horses and this sport. - Julia’s Mapleside McDreamy - pony of the year! 🎉 Finley takes home the River’s Romance Trophy 🏆
- JPh’s Panning for Gold (ridden by Allison), winner of the King’s Cavalier Trophy for high point Short Stirrup Hunter. Allison also earned high point Short Stirrup Equitation honors.
- Mapleside McDreamy, winner of the Rise and Shine Trophy for high point Pony Hunter Pleasure.
