What all is included in The Thirsty Horse Bar service packages?
1. Certified bartenders. You will always get at least 2 of us...no matter what size your event is. Most of the time you get 3-4 of us for no upcharge.
2. Insurance. We provide liquor liability insurance...this is a biggie!
3. Literally everything EXCEPT alcohol. This means: cups, napkins, straws, ice, bar tools, coolers, and the bar (we have 3 options).
4. Handcrafted cocktail mixes & garnishes. We make everything we can from scratch. We squeeze every orange...infuse the syrups...and even grow our own herbs.
5. Client intake & consultation...this can be done in person or virtually. We will communicate with you throughout the whole process.
6. Customized shopping list & menu specifically designed for your event.
7. And a few extra *special* touches we always throw in as surprises for our clients.

Your bartenders are one of the most important decisions you will make for your event...they are the vendor with the most personal contact with your guests.

Our fall calendar is filling up quickly so book us now to see for yourself why the majority of our bookings come from either repeat customer bookings or by guests who attended an event.

We completely missed National Bourbon Day yesterday! Did you know we have our very own Bourbon "expert"? Travis House loves all things Bourbon and makes an awesome host for Bourbon tastings. Our C**t package is perfect for hosting Bourbon tastings for birthdays, bachelor parties, or just for fun. We also have a Bourbon barrel bar that will elevate your event even further!
