These September babies spent a lot of their day running around in the snow. Looks like I even caught one laughing!

Hour number 1 of cutting/packaging cheese - thinks to myself, "Our cheese is so beautiful, I like being able to package it myself."

7 hours and 600 pieces later .. It's still beautiful, but maybe not as fun. 🤔😆

We SOLD OUT of all of our cheeses last month. I now have Cheddar and Spicey Dreams back in stock and the ability to take on new stores. Anyone interested in carrying our products, please reach out.

Our feed company is awesome!

With the incoming weather prediction, they were bombarded with feed orders today.

They stepped up, called in employees from other departments, and worked well into after hours to get feed delivered. Even the manager was out in a feed truck getting the job done.

Farmers Produce Exchange #139 consists of MFA stores in Conway, Lebanon, Grovespring, and Richland.

We hope to offer our milk as Grab & Go pints at these locations in just a few months. Our cheese curds can currently be purchased at the Conway location.

Starting out 2025 with outstanding results from the 2024 Ayrshire All-American contest!

The All-American contest is officiated by a panel of judges from all over the country. Animals are entered by age to complete against others from all over the country. They are ranked by these judges based on their photo and show placings from the year.

Receiving an All-American nomination is not just an honor. It also shows up on their pedigrees and increases the value of their offspring.

We are pleased to have bred 2 winners in 2024!

Every Christmas, we take a photo of our son with his cow, Christmas-Cookie!

Christmas-Cookie and the rest of the herd don't take any time off, but, will be getting up extra early Christmas morning so we can get in to celebrate.

What are cheese curds?

They are just a young cheddar, one that hasn't been aged at all. These curds are separated from the whey during the cheesemaking process, and instead of being molded for a future cheese wheel, they're sliced up and bagged to be sold right away.

Cheese curds seem to be more of a regional delicious treat. Many of us Southerners have missed out!

These are a delicious healthy snack ready to eat on the run and a great option for getting some added protein into those picky kids diets.

This family keeps rising to the top! Jazzasaurus brought home a World Dairy Expo banner for her owners. Her baby brother just came back A2A2! Look for semen available from "Jazius" next year. Their dam is Stil-Dreamn Kingsire Jazzarah. Granddam is Stil-Dreamn Vicking Jazza. Followed by a long line of high-scoring cows.
