We had our Faulkner County Extension Agent come out yesterday and get a sample from our first load of hay we bought. It’s important to know the TDN(total digestible nutrients) in the hay you feed your flock. Kevin Lawson is such an amazing guy and we are so fortunate to have him in our county. He will come when you need him even in the hottest weather!!!!

That daily chore of keeping the barn clean becomes a twice a day thing in the heat when the girls stay in the barn during the hottest part of the day🥵 Thank goodness for the “Big Damn Fan” we installed when we built the barn. It can really move the air even though it’s hot!
